Sessions are offered for between one and four people at a time and are priced according to the number of people in the session. Get a group together and make it more affordable! Sessions will be personally tailored to your needs.

Sitting Qi Gong (Meditation)
Instruction in the core foundation techniques of the Universal Healing Tao. Tuition is offered in the following exercises:
- The Inner Smile Meditation (sitting Qi Gong)
- The Six Healing Sounds Meditation (sitting Qi Gong)
- Microcosmic Orbit Meditation (sitting or standing Qi Gong)

Standing Qi Gong
Instruction is offered in the following standing Qi Gong exercises:
- Connecting the 3 Tan Tiens to the 6 Directions (standing Qi Gong)
- Embracing the Tree (Iron Shirt Qi Gong)
- Holding the Golden Urn (Iron Shirt Qi Gong)
- Golden Turtle and Water Buffalo (Iron Shirt Qi Gong)
- Iron Bridge (Iron Shirt Qi Gong)
These techniques teach one how to root to the earth and build good structure.
Supine (Lying) Qi Gong
Instruction is offered in the following lying Qi Gong exercises:
- Bone Breathing Qi Gong
- Bone Dreaming Qi Gong
These exercises help to relax deeply and promote good sleep.
Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Healing
Chi Nei Tsang is the unique hands-on healing technique of the Universal Tao which brings fresh health and life to the internal organs. Our internal organs are the source of life and death, and keeping them clear of toxins is paramount for good health. It also brings deep, deep relaxation and emotional transformation. Warm Up and Stretching Qi Gong
A number of Qi Gong exercises to warm up the muscles, detoxify and tonify the internal organs and strengthen the tendons and ligaments. This includes practices such as:
- Opening the joints (wrists, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders)
- Ploughing the Land (massaging the intestines)
- Laughing Qi Gong
- Shaking like a Monkey
- Swimming Dragon (detoxifying the internal organs)
- Earth Qi Gong (to ground to the earth)
- Stretching the meridiens (to improve Qi flow)
